NoxPos POS Usage Guide

How to use NoxPos POS — setup, every counter feature, printing, multi-staff, ledgers, VIP, and day-to-day operations. For platform-wide audiences and design intent, see the User guide under About.

What is NoxPos POS?

Full in-store POS for accepting USDC and USDT — funds settle straight to your wallet.

NoxPos Cashier is a browser-based POS (PWA) for brick-and-mortar stores. Run it on a phone, iPad, or PC. Staff build orders from a product catalog or a keypad, then collect payment with a live QR on the register or a printed Store QR card at the table.

Cashier is non-custodial: the customer pays the locked stablecoin amount on Solana, Base, or TRON directly to your receiving wallet. NoxPos never holds your store’s settlement funds. Platform service fees are billed separately through your fee account — they are not skimmed from the customer’s transfer.

This usage guide is Cashier-only: setup steps, every counter feature, language, printing, multi-staff, ledgers, VIP, and fees. For who each product is for and design intent across the platform, open About → User guide. Plugin install docs live under each product.

Needs & who it’s for

Cashier is built for merchants who want stablecoin checkout at the physical counter without card acquiring friction, without parking settlement in a custodial balance, and without losing control when several staff share one till.

  • Store owners who want USDC/USDT paid into a wallet they control.
  • Managers who need role separation so floor staff cannot change wallets or billing.
  • Multi-staff shops that need shift lock, PIN handoff, and an auditable trail.
  • Cafés and restaurants that mix counter QR with table Store QR cards.
  • Pop-ups and markets that need a portable POS on any device with a browser.
  • Retail, hotels, clinics, salons, and service desks that want the same settlement model everywhere on the floor.

Best-fit scenarios

  • Restaurants & cafés — menu catalog on the register; push the bill to a table card; customer scans and pays.
  • Supermarkets & convenience — quick charge for variable totals; live QR at the counter.
  • Hotels & hospitality — front-desk or outlet checkout with staff accounts and shift sign-off.
  • Pop-ups & markets — open Cashier on a phone or tablet; no dedicated terminal hardware required.
  • Retail & service desks — catalog or keypad; optional receipt print when a printer is bound.
  • Clinics, salons & studios — appointment-desk checkout with clear pending → paid status.
  • Multi-staff stores — owner settings + cashier logins, PIN lock, and end-of-shift reconciliation.

How settlement works

At checkout, Cashier locks the payable amount, token, and network. The customer transfers that exact amount to your receiving wallet on the chosen chain.

When the on-chain transfer matches (amount + token + network — and Solana reference where available), the order turns paid automatically. Supported assets today: Solana USDC & USDT, Base USDC, TRON USDT.

Always ask customers to pay the exact amount on the pay screen. Rounding or sending on the wrong network prevents automatic reconciliation and may be hard to recover.

Create your account

  1. 1

Open Get started on noxpospay.com, create a merchant account, and verify your login email.

  2. 2

    Open NoxPos POS

After login, open NoxPos POS (PWA) from the product page or app.noxpospay.com. It runs in the browser on phone, iPad, or PC.

  3. 3

    Complete store basics

Set store name and preferences under Profile → Basic settings. Bind wallets and fund the fee account before accepting live payments.

New merchants get a Cashier trial window from first Cashier login. VIP trial / paid VIP unlocks advanced features such as extra terminals, staff, and display currency. Receipt printing is available on free.

Bind receiving wallets

Go to Profile → Receiving accounts and bind the non-custodial addresses you accept. One receiving wallet slot can hold up to three chain addresses: Base, Solana, and TRON.

Without a matching receiving address for the network/token in use, checkout cannot present a payable QR. After binding, use those addresses for all terminals on the store.

Use wallets you control. NoxPos does not custody private keys. Keep a little native gas (SOL / ETH / TRX) on each chain if you plan to issue refunds.

Set up the fee account

Platform fees are collected through Profile → Platform fee account — not deducted from the customer’s payment to your wallet.

Choose prepay (top up a balance) or monthly settlement when your account qualifies. Unpaid fees pause new Cashier orders until the balance is restored; wallets stay bound.

Top-ups and monthly settlement transfers to NoxPos treasury use a unique amount suffix so your payment matches your merchant account. Always pay the exact QR amount.

Products & catalog

Owners manage the menu under Profile → Products: names, prices, categories, and optional images. On the register, staff search by name, code, or category and add lines to the cart.

Catalog checkout is ideal when most sales map to known SKUs. For open amounts (tips, custom totals, services without a SKU), use Quick charge instead.

Store QR / terminals

Store QR is a printable or displayable QR tied to a terminal number. Free plan includes Terminal 1. VIP unlocks up to five terminals. All terminals share the store’s receiving wallet.

Manage them under Profile → Store QR code: enable the cards you need, print static table cards for dine-in, or keep using live QR on the register for walk-up pay.

  1. 1

    Enable terminals

In Store QR settings, turn on the terminal numbers you will use and confirm they are not manually disabled.

  2. 2

    Print or display QR

Print table cards for dine-in, or open live QR on the cashier device for counter checkout.

  3. 3

    Push before scan

From Cashier, push the pending order to the matching terminal before the guest scans the card on that table.

Cart checkout

  1. 1

    Add items

On the Cashier screen, pick products from the catalog. Adjust quantities until the cart total is correct.

  2. 2

    Confirm total

Review the locked stablecoin total shown for checkout.

  3. 3

    Choose how to collect

Use Scan in person for a live QR on this device, or Push to terminal for a table Store QR card.

  4. 4

    Wait for paid

When the on-chain transfer matches, the order turns paid (green). You can auto-print a receipt if a printer is bound.

Quick charge (keypad)

Quick charge lets you enter an amount on the numeric keypad without adding catalog products — useful for custom totals, services, or markets without a fixed menu.

After entering the amount, use the same two collect paths: Scan in person, or Push to terminal.

Scan in person

Live QR on the register — best for the counter.

  1. 1

    Start checkout

Finish the cart or keypad amount, then choose Scan in person.

  2. 2

    Show the pay screen

Cashier displays the payment QR with network, token, and exact amount.

  3. 3

    Customer pays

Customer scans with their phone camera (or wallet), selects the shown network/token, and confirms the exact amount to your wallet.

  4. 4

    Confirm on the till

The order flips to paid when the chain match succeeds. You can start the next order.

Push to a table terminal

Store QR — guest pays at the table without walking to the till.

  1. 1

    Build the bill

Create the order on Cashier (catalog or keypad).

  2. 2

    Push to the table

Select the terminal that matches the printed card on that table and push the pending order.

  3. 3

    Guest scans the card

The guest scans the Store QR on their table — not a different table’s card.

  4. 4

    Auto-reconcile

When the transfer matches, the order turns paid on Cashier. If the guest scanned the wrong card, re-push to the correct terminal or ask them to rescan.

There must be a pending order on that terminal before the scan. If the card shows nothing useful, push the bill again.

Why amounts have a suffix

Each checkout may show a tiny fractional suffix on the payable amount (for example 12.50 → 12.501234). That suffix is not an extra fee.

It exists so Cashier can match the on-chain transfer to the correct order when several customers pay similar amounts at the same time — especially on chains or wallets without a strong memo/reference. Solana can also use payment references where available.

The same anti-mix suffix appears on VIP subscription payments and fee-account top-ups / monthly settlement to treasury.

Customers (and merchants paying fees or VIP) should always pay the exact amount on the QR — wallets usually pre-fill it when scanning.

Reading order status

  • Pending — waiting for a matching on-chain transfer. Pending window is about 15 minutes.
  • Paid / Success (green) — amount, token, and network matched.
  • Expired — payment window ended without a match; create or push a new order if needed.
  • Wrong terminal — guest scanned a different Store QR than the one you pushed to; re-push or rescan the correct card.
  • Cancelled — order was cancelled before payment; start a new checkout.

Switch interface language

Cashier supports many interface languages (including Simplified Chinese, English, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, Indonesian, French, Turkish, Malay, Polish, and Ukrainian).

  1. 1

    Open Profile

    From Cashier, open Profile (settings).

  2. 2

    Basic settings

    Open Basic settings.

  3. 3

    Choose Language

Under Language → Interface language, pick the locale you want. The choice syncs with the login-page language picker and persists for the signed-in merchant.

The customer-facing pay page has its own language switcher. Changing merchant UI language does not force the guest’s pay-page language.

Receipt language

Receipt header language is configured separately under Profile → Basic settings → Receipt settings. You can print tickets in one language while the cashier UI uses another — useful for bilingual stores.

Printing overview

Bind a printer under Profile → Printing & reminders, enable auto-print if you want tickets when an order turns green, and choose kitchen/customer copies by scenario.

Cashier supports two cloud brands and one local Bluetooth path. Cloud printers need the device online on the vendor’s network; Bluetooth prints from a compatible browser over Web Bluetooth (typically Chrome on iPad or Android).

  • Xprinter Cloud — bind with printer SN.
  • Feieyun — bind with printer SN + KEY.
  • Local Bluetooth 58mm ESC/POS — pair in the browser; can print when the order turns green even if cloud is unavailable.

If the printer stays silent: confirm the printer is bound and online, auto-print is on, and (for cloud) SN/KEY are correct.

Xprinter Cloud

  1. 1

    Prepare the device

Power on the Xprinter cloud printer, connect it to the network per the manufacturer’s instructions, and note the printer SN from the device label or vendor console.

  2. 2

    Open Receipt settings

In Cashier: Profile → Basic settings → Receipt settings. Choose the Xprinter Cloud option.

  3. 3

    Bind SN

Enter the printer SN and save. Run a test print from the same panel to confirm the cloud path works.

  4. 4

    Enable auto-print

Turn on auto-print (and kitchen/customer copies if needed). Complete a small live or test order and verify the ticket.

Feieyun

  1. 1

    Prepare the device

Register the Feieyun printer in the Feieyun console if required, then copy the printer SN and KEY.

  2. 2

    Open Receipt settings

Profile → Basic settings → Receipt settings → Feieyun.

  3. 3

    Bind SN + KEY

Enter both SN and KEY exactly as shown in the Feieyun console. Save and send a test print.

  4. 4

    Go live

Enable auto-print. Keep the printer online in Feieyun; offline devices will not receive jobs.

Local Bluetooth (58mm)

For portable or offline-friendly setups, Cashier can print to a 58mm ESC/POS Bluetooth printer via Web Bluetooth. Use a Chromium browser on a device that supports BLE (commonly Android phones/tablets or iPad with a compatible browser).

  1. 1

    Enable Bluetooth

Turn on Bluetooth on the cashier device and put the printer in pairing / discoverable mode.

  2. 2

    Open the Bluetooth panel

Profile → Basic settings → Receipt settings → Local Bluetooth. Pair the printer when the browser prompts for a device.

  3. 3

    Test & auto-print

Send a test ticket, then enable auto-print so paid orders print locally when the order turns green.

Web Bluetooth support varies by browser and OS. If the device picker never appears, switch to Chrome (or another supported browser) or use a cloud printer instead.

Customize receipts

Receipt settings lets you customize logo, store phone, Wi‑Fi hint, footer notes, and related header fields on free and VIP. Display currency options for tickets unlock with VIP.

Use the preview / test print controls after each change so kitchen and customer copies look correct before peak hours.

Staff roles & permissions

Cashier supports an owner account and cashier sub-accounts (up to five cashiers with VIP / advanced access). Create them under Profile → Cashier accounts. Each cashier uses a login ID, password, and a 6-digit PIN for lock, handoff, and unsettled-shift recovery.

  • Owner — wallets, subscription, fee account, products, terminals, staff, reports/export, refunds, complete pending orders, switch receiving wallet, full historical billing.
  • Cashier — take payments, view today’s shift billing, sign off shifts; cannot change wallets, billing, staff, or sensitive store settings.

Separate roles so floor staff cannot redirect settlement or edit fee settings. Always lock the register when leaving the counter.

Shift sign-off

When a cashier taps Sign off, Cashier locks the shift and reconciles on-chain stablecoin receipts for that period. This is a financial handoff — not a soft “clock out” that leaves the till open.

If a register was left locked with an unsettled shift, recovery sign-off with the cashier PIN brings the books back to a clean state before the next person starts.

Bills & transaction ledger

Cashiers see today’s shift billing while they are on the till. Owners open historical billing and reports for longer windows.

Statistics (charts, rankings, Excel export with TxIDs) are available on free and VIP. Free plan keeps a shorter ledger window (about 90 days); VIP extends history to about 2 years.

Audit trail & exports

Sign-offs, handoffs, and payment events are recorded so you can trace who collected what and when. Export transaction reports with on-chain TxIDs from Reports / Billing for bookkeeping and tax filing.

Refunds (owner)

Owners can refund from the paid ledger. Refunds are returned on-chain to the payer path supported by the original payment — keep native gas on each receiving chain you use.

Cashiers cannot issue refunds; escalate to the owner account.

Free vs VIP

Both tiers run the same non-custodial checkout. VIP lowers the Cashier platform fee and unlocks operations features for multi-terminal and multi-staff stores.

  • Platform fee on Cashier volume: 0.5% free · 0.4% VIP.
  • Terminals: 1 on free · up to 5 on VIP.
  • Staff cashier accounts & advanced shifts: VIP. Receipt printing & customization: free.
  • Reports: full charts / Excel on free and VIP · retention ~90 days free · ~2 years VIP.
  • Receiving wallet slots: same on both (one slot, up to three chains).
  • Scan in person & Push to terminal: available on both tiers.

Subscribe to VIP

Subscribe inside Cashier under Profile → Subscription (not on the marketing site). Plans are priced in USD and paid in USDT/USDC: monthly 14.9 · quarterly 39.9 · half-year 69.9 · yearly 119.9.

On-chain subscription payments include a random amount suffix for matching — pay the exact QR amount. Subscription is non-refundable after on-chain confirmation. Referral discounts or reward days may apply when offered.

Platform fees

Cashier platform fee is 0.5% on the free tier and 0.4% for VIP. The customer pays your wallet in full; fees accrue to your platform fee account and are settled via prepay or monthly billing.

Online plugins (WooCommerce, Hosted Pay, SDK) use a separate fee schedule and are not covered in this Cashier guide.

Prepay & monthly settlement

Keep a prepay balance for platform fees, or settle monthly when your account settings allow. Monthly mode typically requires a minimum prepay balance before it can be enabled.

If fees go unpaid, Cashier pauses new orders until you top up or settle — existing wallet bindings remain in place.

Troubleshooting

  • Paid but not green — confirm exact amount, token, and network; wait through congestion; then open a ticket with order ID + TxID.
  • No pending order on terminal — push the bill again to the correct Store QR before the guest scans.
  • Wrong terminal — guest scanned another table’s card; re-push to the right terminal or rescan.
  • Wrong network sent — often unrecoverable on-chain; always follow the pay-page network; contact support with TxID for guidance.
  • Printer silent — bind SN (+ KEY for Feieyun); ensure device online / Bluetooth paired; enable auto-print.
  • Terminal disabled — renew VIP for terminals 2–5, or re-enable the terminal switch in Store QR settings.
  • Cannot start new orders — check Platform fee account for unpaid fees or empty prepay balance.
  • Bluetooth printer not listed — use a Web Bluetooth–capable browser, or switch to Xprinter / Feieyun cloud.

Get support

Use Technical support from the site footer, About menu, or your merchant dashboard to open a ticket.

Include order ID, terminal number, device/browser, and on-chain TxID whenever possible — that speeds up reconciliation checks.
