Privacy Policy
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how NoxPos (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use noxpospay.com, app.noxpospay.com, pay.noxpospay.com, Hosted Pay pages, plugins, SDKs, and related products (collectively, the “Services”).
We design the platform so merchants receive customer payments directly on-chain. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account data: shop name, email, login ID, authentication tokens/sessions, and profile preferences.
- Merchant configuration: wallet addresses, integration settings, API keys (stored hashed or equivalent where applicable), catalog, staff accounts, and fee-billing preferences you enter.
- Transaction metadata: order references, invoice amounts, chain/network, reconciliation status, and on-chain transaction hashes — not private wallet keys.
- Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.
- Support communications: messages, attachments, and identifiers you send through support forms, tickets, or email.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see “Cookies & local storage” below.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Services (authentication, checkout, reconciliation, subscriptions, fee billing).
- Send service-related notices (security alerts, billing, product updates). With your consent or where permitted, send optional marketing email — you may opt out.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unpaid-fee risk, and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
Customer payment pages
When end customers pay via pay.noxpospay.com, Hosted Pay, or embedded checkout, we process limited data (order/session reference, amount, network, wallet interaction metadata) to complete and reconcile payment. Customer wallet private keys never leave the customer’s wallet.
Each merchant is responsible for their own customer-facing privacy practices on their store or website, including notices required in their jurisdiction.
Retention & security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, bill fees, and enforce agreements. Transaction metadata may be retained longer for audit and anti-abuse purposes.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices & rights
- Access, update, or delete account information via Profile settings where available, or by contacting support.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
- Depending on your location (including EEA/UK and certain US states), you may have additional rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- You may request export of account data we hold about you by contacting support; we will respond within a reasonable period required by applicable law.
International transfers & children
We may process information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA where that higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes & contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
