Terms of Service
The gist
NoxPos provides non-custodial stablecoin checkout tools for merchants — including the marketing website (noxpospay.com), merchant accounts, the Cashier app (app.noxpospay.com), customer payment pages (pay.noxpospay.com / hosted pay on app.noxpospay.com), and integrations such as WooCommerce, Shopify (when available), Hosted Pay Page, and the Pay Button SDK (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, signing in, subscribing, downloading plugins or SDKs, generating an Integration API Key, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- One NoxPos account may be used for both the website (noxpospay.com) and the Cashier app (app.noxpospay.com).
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by staff accounts you create and integrations that use your API keys.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or leave unpaid platform fees that create operational risk to the Services.
Payments & non-custodial settlement
NoxPos does not custody merchant sales proceeds. Customer payments settle directly to wallet addresses you configure — in the Cashier app, Profile → Plugin configuration, or per-session wallets for Hosted Pay / SDK. Customers pay your wallet in full for the locked checkout amount. NoxPos cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address, network, or token.
Platform fees depend on the product and are billed off-chain (not skimmed from the customer’s on-chain transfer):
- Cashier: platform service fee of 0.5% on the free tier and 0.4% for VIP subscribers, collected via prepaid balance or monthly settlement. A trial period may waive Cashier platform fees as stated at signup.
- Store plugins & integrations (WooCommerce, Hosted Pay, Pay Button SDK, and Shopify when enabled): a flat 0.3% per successful order, billed via the shared prepaid balance or monthly settlement — independent of Cashier VIP.
- VIP subscriptions, trials, and third-party marketplace fees (e.g. Shopify’s own fees) may also apply as described at checkout or by that third party.
- You are solely responsible for tax, accounting, AML/KYC, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.
- On-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the relevant network.
- Integration API keys (noxpos_…) must be kept confidential, used only on trusted servers, and rotated if compromised.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or prohibited goods/services under applicable law.
- Do not attempt to bypass fees, security controls, rate limits, or reconciliation checks.
- Do not misrepresent your business, prices, or payment terms to customers.
- Do not upload malware, scrape without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
- Do not use another merchant’s API key, wallets, or account without permission.
Subscriptions, trials & fees
Paid plans and trials are described on the website and in-app at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions are prepaid for the term you select and do not auto-renew — access continues until the plan expires, after which you may renew manually.
You may cancel according to the instructions in your account or by contacting support. Refunds are provided only where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
Unpaid platform fees, prepaid arrears, or overdue monthly settlement bills may limit checkout, integrations, or related features until resolved, as described in product docs and in-app notices.
Plugins, Hosted Pay & API
Plugins, the Hosted Pay Page kit, and the Pay Button SDK are provided so you can accept stablecoin payments on your own storefronts and apps. You remain responsible for your store’s checkout UX, fulfillment, refunds to customers (where you choose to offer them), and any third-party platform rules (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Settlement notifications (e.g. HMAC webhooks) and reconcile APIs are best-effort delivery aids. You should verify on-chain settlement independently for high-value orders.
Intellectual property
NoxPos retains all rights in the Services, software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services according to these Terms.
You retain ownership of your store content, catalog data, and customer-facing materials. You grant NoxPos the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content to operate the Services.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Blockchain networks, wallets, RPC providers, and third-party platforms are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoxPos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or crypto assets arising from your use of the Services — including losses from wrong-network or wrong-address transfers.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to NoxPos for the Services in the three (3) months before the claim.
Changes, governing law & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NoxPos’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
Questions about these Terms: open Technical support on noxpospay.com (site footer or About menu) or use the contact method listed in your merchant dashboard.
